Booking conditions

The general terms and conditions for the hotel industry apply (AGBH 2006). Please note that our terms and conditions apply to every booking. By confirming a booking, you automatically accept our terms and conditions. When booking, we kindly ask for a deposit free of charge. The right of withdrawal does not apply according to article 18 paragraph 1 Z.10 FAGG.

Cancellation terms for up to 4 rooms

Cancellations and changes are free of charge up to 14 days before the agreed arrival date. After that or in the case of no shows, the total amount will be charged. We recommend that you take out European Travel Insurance. You can find more details here.

Cancellation terms for group reservations with 5 or more rooms

Cancellation and changes are free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. For cancellations or changes within 3 months to 1 month before arrival, we charge a 40% cancellation fee. After that or in case of no shows the total amount will be charged.
